Imagine Media Solutions was a graphic design company originally. Then earlier this year, we decided to publish a magazine. Clarksville was the only major town in Tennessee without a business magazine. Especially with all the changes in the area -- Hemlock Semiconductor is building two plants in Tennessee, and there's a new fiber optic network in the city. We've had a little bit of a downturn, but there's still a ton of construction. There's constant growth, constant expansion, and we'll hopefully be a part of that.

Business Clarksville's first issue came out in September. There's been a lot of anticipation. We introduced it in person to the county commission and the city council. We passed out 1,200 copies at the largest festival of the year.

We're going to expand this magazine to cover arts, heritage and history, but keep a focus on business. We want to be both the heart and soul. The business of Clarksville is the heart, the heritage is the soul. Why not put that all in one package? -Tina Peng
